Overview
I make almost all of my jewelry upon receiving an order. It is custom made just for you in your size and, in some cases, your gemstone selection. Items marked “One of a Kind” (OOAK) are made in advance because I was inspired by a gemstone or a particular design. They are items like necklaces that do not need to be made to size. These items make great gifts and are easy for me to exchange or refund (gasp).
My favorite pieces of jewelry are rings (I’m sure you have noticed). They are so beautiful! I can’t resist them – but, sadly, I am unable to refund or exchange rings that are not in a common size range of 6 to 8. Sizes above and below this range are simply too difficult to resell. Which leads me to my next point — All returns must be in pristine condition.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your merchandise regarding your return. Return merchandise to Linda Banning – Nimble Witch Creative in original packaging, or similar sturdy packaging. Returns must be received within 2 weeks of delivery date. Refund is made when item is received and in new condition.
Ready to mail items (OOAK) are eligible for return/refund. Custom orders may not be eligible for return or refund. Please see “Custom Orders” below.
Custom Orders
Made to order rings or other jewelry in a design and/or size specified by the customer are considered custom orders and are refundable within the common sizes of 6 – 8. Please be certain about the size you order. See Sizing Guidance.
Once your customized order is completed, I cannot make any refunds of merchandise that you ordered in a size or design that I will not be able to resell. These are rings in sizes under US size 6 or over US size 8 or a particular birthstone. Contact me within 3 days of receipt of your jewelry to initiate a return, assuming the item is returnable. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the status of your refund
Late or missing refunds
Refunds are processed immediately once item is received and conditions are met. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be refunded. All other sale items may be returned and refunded following the above mentioned conditions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received a ring that does not fit because the wrong ring size was ordered and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Nimble Witch. We will do our best to accommodate you. Please see our section above on Custom Orders.
Gifts
Returns and refunds for gifts are handled the same way as items purchased and shipped directly to you even if you had provided a different mailing address for the gift recipient. I do not enclose invoices with any order packages so the details of your gift will not be divulged. As the buyer, any refund will be made to you. If you would like this handled differently, please contact me HERE and we can make arrangements that are acceptable for you.
Shipping Your Return
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Nimble Witch Studio, 411 Oak Hill Drive, Altamonte Springs FL 32701.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The “out of pocket” price for us to ship the item to you may be deducted from your refund as “Free Shipping” is an expense to us that we cannot recover when an item is returned. USPS does not refund our money.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
